Standard connection to the Arrow-Network service is based on a 2 storey building, and an 18 Month contract, and is charged at £99.99. This includes, all cables, fitting, an optional wireless g router, and a £30.00 survey fee, which is also included in the set up cost.
If the building is a non standard / tall property, more than a 2 storey building, a lot of cable is required, or the general risk is greater based on the building type, then the set-up cost may slightly vary, and will be quoted following and external inspection and site survey by our engineers. If we have to use a 10 foot pole and a 10 inch bracket or larger, opposed to a standard 6 foot pole, and 6 inch bracket, there is an extra charge of £30.00 – £40.00, to cover the component cost. Moving the service to different address costs £70.00.
